Most of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 30 days of receiving it. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping.
Please contact us at email@example.com with:
- Your order number
- Description or pictures of the damaged item
- Whether you would like a refund or exchange
We will then provide you with a case number and ask for any additional details if needed.
For items to be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, including original packaging
- You must have an order number that corresponds with an order placed less than 30 days prior
- Item must be faulty or damaged
- Sale and clearance items are not eligible for refunds
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift Cards
- Downloadable products
- Most health and personal care items
- Any physical media (CD, Video, etc), that has been opened
- Items not in original packaging, or missing parts (except for factory error)
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refunded is approved, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds usually take 3-5 business days to process depending on your financial institutions policies.
